'Eternal Now' was created at a time when my feelings felt too big to hold inside. I needed a way to release them, and this painting became that outlet. It all started on a cloudy day, during a run with music in my ears. One song in particular stopped me in my tracks-it reminded me to slow down, be present, and really feel what I was going through.
Not long after, I started painting. I layered words, marks, and colours into this piece-pouring everything out as I went. It was a real moment of healing for me, and what you see here is the result of that emotional journey.
