So I was super lucky to go to a highland cow experience with my niece, we were able to sit with the cows, brush them and just hang out with them- honestly AMAZING! There was the cutest little calf who was so curious of everyone and I of course was inspired to paint them! When making the piece I had just aimed to make it a nice painting of a cow but then when painting the little ear tags I just couldn’t not add a little whimsy! & here ‘Sassy Cow’ was born! ✨
